    We design and build

    We write the words, design the pages and set everything up. You keep running your business.

    Your part: Nothing. Just send photos if you have them

    You review it

    We send a private preview link. Tell us what to change, in plain English, and we make it right.

    Your part: Look it over and send your changes

  4. 04

    We launch it

    We connect your domain, switch it on and check everything works. Then you’re live.

What we’ll need

Not much, really.

Have these handy and things move quickly. Missing something? That’s fine, we’ll work around it.

  • Your logo

    Any format. If you don’t have one, we can make a simple one.

  • A few photos

    Phone photos of your work, team or premises are perfect.

  • Your services

    A rough list is fine. We’ll turn it into proper copy.

  • Where you work

    Your address, or the suburbs and areas you cover.

  • Licences and details

    ABN, licence numbers or registrations you want shown.

  • Your domain login

    Only if you already have a domain. We’ll walk you through it.

Timeline

From hello to live.

A typical Simple Site. Timing depends on how quickly we get your details and feedback.

  1. Day 1

    You send your details. We reply with next steps and confirm your price.

  2. Day 1–2

    A quick call or a few emails to fill any gaps. You send photos and your logo.

  3. About a week

    We send a private preview of your Simple Site. (Business Sites take about two weeks.)

  4. Review

    You tell us what to change. We make the changes, usually within a couple of days.

  5. Launch

    We connect your domain, switch it on, submit it to Google and check everything works.

  6. After launch

    30 days of launch support. Then the optional Care Plan, or we hand over the keys.
